Mount Gambier residents have been sharing the video with friends on Facebook and suggesting it be the Australia Day anthem. Chris Birks: “New Aussie anthem? Haha.” Holly Telford: “This is done so well!” Beachport ready to rock THE Beachport Rock Till Ya Drop Festival will kick off next Saturday with a massive music line-up. The rock festival and family fun day features a line-up of popular acts from the region, including Blackwater, Blind Eye, Oath, Human Garbage, Jimi Top, Prime Time, Reminiscence, Christy and Jason Wallace, Leah Briggs and John Drummer, John McLoughlin, Katie Slattery, Storm and Jack and Terry Sutherland and Jool. John Drummer: “Cant wait!” Many competitions and activities for children of all ages will be ongoing throughout the day. Competitions include football kicking, cricket bowling, the longest ping pong ball throw, a netball shoot out, golf putt, sack race and an air guitar contest.
