A T U Mount Gambier A&H Society president Peter Woodruff congratulated the winners of Mount Gambier Show Colouring Competition Kobi Barton’s entry certainly caught the judge’s eye with plenty of glitter and extra effort earning her fi rst place. The extra effort made by Baylan Kurzman earned him second place in his age group. Bright colours and attention to detail saw Brielle Hutchesson take out third prize in the 10-12 year age group. Georgia O’Brien sent in a quality entry that won her second place in the 10-12 year age bracket. It was a proud moment for 6 year old Bradeigh Klaassens as he accepted fi rst prize from show society president Peter Woodruff. Coming in at fi rst place, Faith Monger will no doubt make good use of her 15 free rides at the show. Third prize winner in the 6 and under bracket Giaan Ferguson demonstrated a developing talent for art. 16 - The Border Watch, Thursday, October 24, 2013 Five year old D’Arci Bell was very pleased at achieving second place in her age group.
