About the role: Reporting to the Mt Gambier Shop Team Manager you will provide excellent sales, service and inquiry resolution for members, clients and potential customers of the Mt Gambier Shop. This is a full-time maternity leave contract that is due to end in January 2015. The successful applicant will need to be available to commence work as of 9 December 2013. Training for this role will be undertaken in Adelaide from 9 December – 20 December with RAA covering transport and accommodation costs during this time. As it is also a 2 week training period RAA will also cover costs for the applicant to go home on the weekend break during training. Please note Applicants should not apply if they are unable to commit to the above dates. Responsibilities • Provide a high level of personal service for customer enquiries; • Actively greet customers on the shop fl oor; • Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets; • Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA products, systems and processes; along with • Operational shop duties and administrative tasks as required. Casual lifeguard positions which will be available on a casual basis to service the Millicent Swimming Lake; AND, Swimming Pool Attendants to supervise two (2) Council outdoor Swimming Pools at Penola and Nangwarry, and one (1) person to provide relief by rotating attendance and duties between the Penola Swimming Pool and Nangwarry Swimming Pool as required. It should be noted that the minimum requirement for these positions is for the persons to have a current Bronze Medallion.
