Co-operation with our OH&S procedures this work will involve manual labour, grape receival, transferring wine and any other cellar tasks within the winery. Cellar experience is preferred along with a forklift licence, but is not essential. LABORATORY TECHNICIANS The Laboratory technician will be responsible for the day-to-day preparations, analysis and recording of wine, juice and grape samples. Preferably applicants will have a minimum of Year 12 Chemistry or previous laboratory experience. VINTAGE ASSISTANT WINEMAKER The successful Vintage Winemaker would be qualifi ed, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
