ZODIACS NETBALL PRESENTATIONS 27 Product Support Technician Waratah Forestry Attachments is the leading distributor of forestry attachments in the Asia Pacifi c Region. Support Technician, based out of Mt Gambier. We are looking for a Product Waratah are looking for applicants that are Customer focused and are driven to have the customer needs as their priority; this position is an opportunity for an operator or service technician to grow and develop their skills in a team environment while working for a leading distributor of Forestry Attachments, Current Waratah product line knowledge is not essential, all training will be provided. Waratah is focused on employee development and this role could be an exciting stepping stone to other roles within Waratah, as well as the wider John Deere Forestry organisation. As the successful applicant, you will provide technical support on all Waratah attachments; they will also assist in the commissioning and deliveries of new attachments. Specifi cally, you will: • Develop and maintain excellent communication and relationships Customers and Carrier Companies • Visit customers to resolve attachment problems and promote service programs. • Conduct basic, intermediate and advanced technical training as required for all service technicians • Develop customer follow up programs. • Assist and participate in customer clinics, trade shows and demonstrations You must hold a current Open Driver’s Licence without restrictions to be considered for this role.
