The Border Watch encourages readers to submit photographs from events not covered by a Border Watch photographer Send photos and captions with the name of the event to alex@tbw.com.au HARMONY DAY IN THE MOUNT GAMBIER CITY HALL 1 2 3 1: Blake Wright, Nash Konieczny, Billy Rentsch, Taj Bell and Max Virtanen dressed in orange for Harmony Day. 2: Tribal Trance members enthusiastically belted their bongo drums. 4 3: Mount Gambier High School English as a second language students presented a cultural song to the crowd of children and adults who gathered at Mount Gambier City Hall to celebrate Harmony Day. 4: Moorak Primary School year two students Shelby Durbidge, Aleisha Brook and Millie Saunders were part of the Moorak Soul Singers group, accompanied by singer/songwriter Christy Wallace, that presented a song about friendship. 5: 6: Brianna Scanlon blew the audience away with her stunning voice. St Martin’s Lutheran College students Harry Beumer, Riley Johnson, James Hudson, Rayeme Mummery and Jett Orpin dressed in Chinese clothing. 7: Singer/songwriter Christy Wallace presented a song about a small French village she visited with her family last year. 8: Tantanoola Primary School’s Cooper Sneddon and Noah Lambe dance to a variety of cultural music.
